What Returns Are Available?
In the period covered in our previous Product Disclosure Statement all returns on mortgages were 9.5% and 8.5% per annum with Interest Arrangement. Actual interest rates paid by Borrowers on a Mortgage Investment can be obtained at any time by telephoning (07) 5534 2223.
It is anticipated that annual distributions for the ensuing year will be between 9.5% and 10% per annum. However, interest yields on mortgages will vary from time to time depending on market conditions. Additionally, the amount of interest payable may vary under each First Mortgage Investment Proposal having regard to not only market conditions but also having regard to aspects of the particular First Mortgage Investment which may reflect differing risks, depending for example, on the type and location of the Security Property.
