Who We Are
Ingwersen & Lansdown Securities Limited, is a public unlisted company established by the principals of Ingwersen & Lansdown Solicitors, to offer Mortgage Investments to Investors.
Ingwersen & Lansdown Solicitors initially and now as Ingwersen and Lansdown Securities Limited have been a private lender for many years and are specialists in the area of Mortgage Investments. The Directors of the Manager are also Partners of the firm Ingwersen and Lansdown Solicitors.
Ingwersen & Lansdown Securities Limited has been licensed by the ASIC as a responsible entity for the purposes of Corporations Law.
Our Role
Our role is to identify, hold and manage your Mortgage Investment. Our responsibilities, powers and duties are set out in the constitution along with our Product Disclosure Statement which is available to all interested parties upon request.
Our experience is founded upon the specialist expertise vested in our present Directors who are all experienced Solicitors in the business of mortgage lending and property law.
